NCFCSDC Minutes
Pole Barn, Gainesville, Fl
April 1, 2006

The meeting was called to order by President Michael Scarabino at 12:30 pm with 45 in attendance.  The Host for the meeting was Stephen Cade and the Cooks were Gerry Fairchild and Ron Williams.  Michael expressed his appreciation and thanked them for hosting the meeting.  It was seconded by the members. 

The meeting for  August 12^th  at the Al Wiseman Museum, Tarpon Springs was cancelled.  Another museum has been scheduled for this time, The Sarasota Classic Car Museum.  This museum has over 100 cars. The price for the museum for 15 or more people will be $6.75.  The club will collect the money before the date.  More details will be coming later. 

Treasure Report:  Beginning Balance - $xx.xx with deposits of $xx.xx and withdrawals of $xx.xx  Ending Balance is $xx.xx for the month of March 2006.

Old Business:  It was reported that Charlotte Deli didn’t have a format for the Newsletter nor did she keep copies of the Newsletters.  If anyone has files/pictures please send them to Michael or Carol Goodrich.  The club would to start an archive of  pictures, logos and previous newsletters.

Zone Meet Update:  BondoBilly is doing the T-shirts for the Zone Meet.    If  you have door prizes give them to Martha Cade.  All committees stated they were ready for the meet.  The goodie bags were put together at the Pole Barn with everyone helping to fill the bags.
