The first order of business was the approval of the March meeting minutes. Derwood Thompson motioned that the minutes be approved as published in the Hogtown Headlights, the club newsletter. Bill Delli seconded the motion. The minutes were approved by a unanimous voice vote.

Barrie Thelin, treasurer, presented the treasurer's report which is published on Page 7 of this newsletter.

Bill Delli, membership director, reported that 16 families had not renewed their membership for 2003.

The first item of old business discussed was the club's photo history record. At the last meeting club members voted to have a group photo taken at every meeting. These photos along with others of interest will be maintained in a album. Martha Cade volunteered to maintain the photo album. Pictures will continue to be posted on the club's web site as well. Members can contribute their own photos for the album and the web site. Roger Thelin noted that information such as where and when the pictures were taken should be annotated on the back of each picture.

President Fifer reminded everyone that the May meeting will be held at the Gathering Place in Lake City FL on May 4, 2003. Members should meet at noon for lunch with the meeting to follow.

The June meeting will be held at Anastasia Park, St. Augustine, FL. It will be hosted by the Northeastern Florida Chapter SDC on June 7, 2003.

Neil Thornton, South Georgia Chapter SDC President, announced that his club was going to host the first ever Georgia State Meet in Warner Robins, GA on April 2 and 3, 2004. Joel Daniel will be the meet chairman and the meeting will be at the Ramada Inn. The Ramada Inn has 164 rooms on a 7 acre setting with parking along a major thorough fare. The rate will be $50.00 per room plus tax and includes a breakfast buffet and an afternoon coattail. There are many restaurants of all kinds nearby and a shuttle will be provided to the mail. The Air Force Aviation Museum at nearby Robins AFB, GA is spectacular.

The last item of old business was the decision by the NCFSDC to host a Southeast Zone meet in 2006. Stephen Cade stated that this would not involve any more effort than the state meet the club sponsored in 2001. Charlotte Delli motioned that the club host the Zone Meet in 2006 and Barrie Thelin seconded. The motion was approved by a unanimous voice vote. It is anticipated that the meet will be held in Gainesville, FL; but details will be developed later.

With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
