Old Business
- Club Shirts - Edith Fifer informed the club that the shirts from the original order would be ready Thursday June 20, 2001 & will be brought to the next meeting. Those who were unable to order shirts at the previous meeting can order from Edith. Its a Golf type shirt with club logo embroidered on the left chest. The shirts are available with or without pockets for $18.95 per unit.
- Trophies & Plaques - Martha Cade presented the club with sample plaques from Florida Awards & Trophies. These trophies will be for the 2nd & 3rd place awards. The club decided early that would be no trophy sponsors listed on the awards. Also, the the chapter name will appear on the plaque without the words Hosted by. After some discussion a motion was made and passed for the plaque we will be using. The award is a 7 width X 9 height plaque with space for a 3 1/2 by 5 picture. Underneath the picture will be a gold plate bordered with black for the wording. The metal plates will be secured by rosettes & screws. There is no per letter charge for the engraving. Pictures will be taken prior to judging by Martha Cade and ???. Samples of first place trophies will be hand made & brought to the next meeting in McIntosh by Jerry Nowicki.

- Door Prizes & Goodie Bags - Thanks to those who brought door prizes and items for the goodie bags. When soliciting either of the above, please let the donator know that their name will be mentioned at the banquet. This is but a small token of appreciation for their goods but may help the club acquire the needed items. Door prizes are to be given to Roger & Barrie Thelin for storage until the meet.
