Minutes - March 12, 2000
Shoney’s - Brooksville, Florida
The meeting was called to order by president Stephen Cade at 3:00pm. Thanks to Bob Marsh for the arrangements. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Carol gave the club a treasury report. There are 27 paid members and families for a balance of $xx.xx
Old Business
- Charter Info - Carol finally got in touch with Mr. Parker in February regarding our chapter membership. He said he didn’t receive the first copy she sent. Carol will mail him another copy. He said he would expedite the paperwork. It has to appear in the Turning Wheels for 2 months and then he gets approval from the board. Look for it in the April or May issue
- Sams Club Show - Roger thinks the club should get together on March 18th for the car show at Sams Club from 4 to 8pm. He will call to see who wants to attend so he can block off a space so the Studes can be together. Those who will attend should meet at the Fazolis across from Sams at 3:30.
- Silver Springs Meeting - Russell Lane is trying to arrange a meeting at Silver Springs on May 21st in conjunction with the Antique Car Club Show.
- Mentionables - Stephen mentioned the nice chrome job done on Chuck Welkies bumpers and bumper guards he had done in Perry, Florida. Martha handed out her desert recipes from the February meeting.
